Its a Magic and Gathering Painting I did a couple years ago. Its supposed to be a transition from a Plains area to the dark Swamp area. If anyone knows anything about Magic the Gathering then they should know some about it.

Great use of colors you have added a lot of depth to the picture I can really tell it looks like a swamp waste land. :D

thanks. I've always hated painting as I can never get anything to look right and it was a project for school though part of it is cut off because my Scanner is somewhat small yet when I scan the picture is really really blown up so I use GIMP to size it down.

yea it sure is just that I haven't really used it for much though this new avatar was made in GIMP. Was just something quick and of my own instead of using Rumiko Takahashi's Cherry from Urusei Yatsura from the Manga.

hehehe thanks its a few years old and it was a school project. Glad you like it. I've never liked painting i'll take Pencil and paper along with GIMP anyday. GIMP is like a photoshop program much the same but different and its free to boot.

I prefer pencil and paper. Never used GIMP, but I've heard of it. I assume it's good?
